Since late eighties of the last century articles written by me are published regularly in professional trade publication and magazines for the general public. Almost without exception my subjects are plants and their ornamental value and usage.

Fro the start, one of the main activities of Ronald Houtman Sortimentsadvies has been writing and (completely) editing trade catalogues. We are very experienced in this field.  

 

Apart from writing articles and catalogues, I wrote several books.

 

In 2015 I became Editor-in-Chief of Dendroflora, the annual magazine published by the Royal Boskoop Horticultural Society (KVBC) and the Dutch Dendrology Society (NDV). This semi-scientific yearbook is of international significance.

I am an experienced lecturer, capable of giving talks about plants and their uses in English (and Dutch).

In the past, I have given talks in Denmark, France, Germany, United Kingdom and USA.
