Books
Over the past years, Ronald has written several books as well as being a contributor to a number books, both textual and editorial.
Variegated Trees & Shrubs (2004) was written to be a good reference source for everyone with an interest in variegated trees and shrubs.
Ongekend (2012, Dutch only) is a book compiled out of articles published in the journal De Boomkwekerij. Initially named ‘In de Herkansing’ (‘Retake’) and later renamed to ‘Ongekend’ (‘Unknown’), are articles about generally lesser known species and cultivars that deserve some extra attention.
He has also written Van den Berk Over Bomen (2015). A book that describes many trees for avenues, streets and parks and their utility values.
